STEB - 09 high-speed full straight edge banding machine adopts 220V / 380V general power supply. Large and small plates can be sealed, narrow plates can be sealed also. It adopts 1 + 2 pressure bonding wheel combination, two groups of elastic pressure bonding combination, and the veneer belt is more firmly adhered. It uses double bearing rail chrome plated rod structure to increase the smoothness of the chain block, reduce the friction of the chain block, and increase the service life, The combination of large-size and high-specification aluminum alloy pressure beam + 8mm * 2 steel plate is used to ensure the high strength of the pressure beam and increase the stability of plate transportation. The structure of 61 pressure wheels and double row pressure wheels is adopted to ensure the stability of plate transportation. The integrated lifting pressure beam is adopted to avoid the rush on both sides to adjust the height of the pressure beam. The 800W * 2 air-cooled spindle motor is adopted, with full trimming strength and less noise.
